What does international growth cost?
Separate currency-conversion markup from international-card surcharges. Estimate the extra monthly cost on your own sales mix.
1.25% of your gross sales · before ordinary processing fees
The two groups can overlap. Each fee is applied to its own share of gross sales; rates are not compounded.
Questions answered
Are FX and international-card fees the same?
No. A card can be international even when the charge and settlement currencies match. A conversion fee can arise when charge and settlement currencies differ. Your provider may apply both.
Does this fetch live exchange rates?
No. Enter gross volume in your reporting currency. The tool estimates markup and surcharge costs, not a market exchange rate or a final provider settlement quote.
