Using PaymentsRank

These Terms of Service cover your use of PaymentsRank and purchases of its provider-listing package. The website is operated by Alexander Isora. Contact: [email protected]. By using the website or purchasing a listing, you agree to these terms.

Directory content and tools

PaymentsRank provides payment-provider research, comparisons and calculators. Check the linked provider’s current prices, eligibility and agreements before choosing a service. PaymentsRank does not process your customers’ payments or control a listed provider’s decisions, security, payouts or availability.

Paid provider listings

The package costs $250 as a one-time payment and includes a permanent directory listing, a dedicated product page, placement on approximately 166 relevant additional directory pages, a promotional post by Alexander Isora on X and a feature in his newsletter. Your product will appear on the site within 12 hours after successful payment and receipt of the provider website and necessary listing information. Promotion is included; its publication timing can be coordinated by email.

A permanent listing has no recurring listing fee. It remains available for the lifetime of the directory, subject to these terms. Country and capability placements reflect the product’s actual supported markets and features. Paid placement does not purchase a favorable review or removal of sourced criticism.

Your submission

Submit accurate information and materials you have the right to use. You authorize us to use your submitted product name, logo, website and descriptions to prepare and promote the listing. We may edit presentation, request clarification and decline or remove unlawful, misleading, infringing or abusive material.

Payment and order support

Payment instructions are provided by email using your selected payment method. For a duplicate payment, an incorrect order, cancellation, refund or delivery issue, contact [email protected] with your provider website and payment reference. Do not include private payment credentials. Any mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Acceptable use and content rights

Do not interfere with the site, misuse contact details or submit impersonating or unlawful content. You may link to the site and cite factual research with attribution. Third-party trademarks, logos, embedded posts and source materials remain the property of their owners; their inclusion does not transfer reproduction rights.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep the directory accurate and available, but cannot promise uninterrupted access or guarantee third-party information. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses caused by your use of third-party payment services or decisions based solely on directory content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

See our Privacy Policy for information about personal data. Changes to these terms will appear on this page. The package agreed at purchase governs that order unless we agree otherwise with you.
